 At CharredWoodCreationsLtd., we aim to deliver your Timber safely, securely, and at a fair cost. Because timber varies in size,weight and quantity, delivery prices are calculated based on your order and location

Delivery Costs

We aim to keep delivery as cheap and transparent:

. Large or bulk orders may qualify for discounted shipping.

Please Note: For cost -efficiency and timing deliveries may be made using a third-party courier, which could differ from the one stated at checkout. All orders are packed to arrive safe and ready to use, but delivery times may vary depending on courier availability.

Once your order is ready:

Timber Delivery  Cost

Timber is sold by the square meter and delivery costs depend on: 

. Order size and weight 

. Timber dimensions 

. Delivery location 

Delivery prices are calculated at checkout or confirmed before order completion.

For larger or bulk timber orders, delivery may be arranged via a specialist courier or pallet delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard timber orders: Dispatched within 7 - 14 working  days  after production (Custom orders might take longer)

Bulk or pallet deliveries 14-21 working days (may vary by locations)

Local collection

Local collection is available by appointment only.

For Deliveries to Outside this area, please contact for a custom quote.

Important Delivery Information 

Timber is a natural product,. Slight variations in colour, grain and finish are normal.

Customers must ensure clear access for delivery vehicles.

Failed deliveries due to access issue may result in ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES.

Once delivery has been completed, responsibility for the timber passes to the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your Timber arrives damaged or incomplete:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery 

Provide photos where possible

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Weather Notice
Charred Wood Creations can only produce items in fine or good weather conditions, as all work is carried out outdoors.
