Production by CharredWoodCreations is weather dependent. All work is undertaken outdoors and can only proceed in fine or good weather.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and images of our products are accurate. However, due to the nature of timber, and each piece been hand-crafted there may be slight variations in colour, texture, and grain from what is shown on the website

. AVAILABILITY 

All products are made to order, so in some cases we may have to order in stock. 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to accept and reject any order for any reason. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any payments made.

PRICING

All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes( if applicable) Prices may change from time to time without notice.

PAYMENT METHODS

 We accept payments online through credit card, bank payment and cash on collection (if applicable)

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Shipping costs are calculated based on size,weight, and destination of you order .nYou will be provided with shipping cost at the checkout.

SHIPPING TIMES

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 

7-14 days for small items 

14-21 days for medium items 

21 - 43 days for large items or orders

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and delivery service provider.

CUSTOM ORDERS

For custom projects, delivery times may vary based on the complexity of the project. You will be given an estimated delivery date at the time of your order.

Risk of Loss

We are not responsible for any damage or loss once the products are handed over to the shipping carrier.

Return and cancellations

Returns: Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations 

Orders can be cancelled with 2 hours of placing them. After this period, orders may have already been processed, and cancellations may not be possible. 

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the method of payment used. Refunds for eligible returns or cancellations with be made within 7 business days

Custom Orders

Bespoke Designs for custom projects ( such as personalised bird boxes, benches, or planters), we will work closely with you to ensure the design matches your specifications. Custom orders are non refundable unless defective.

Approval Process

Once we have agreed upon the design and materials, we will send you an approval confirmation. By confirming the design, you authorise us to begin work on the custom item.
